Application requirements

New dealer account applications requires the following documents:

  • Business details (e.g. Company name, registered address and contact no. and GST account no.)

  • A digital copy of whatever document your state or local government issues to legitimate businesses (e.g. SSM Forms)

  • Your first order of minimum RM2,000.00 retail pricing (dealer price will be applied upon new account opening and order).


How to Apply

Complete the applications by providing the company details, business document (SSM Forms) and place the first order. (Submit everything at one-time; incomplete submissions will not be entertained.)

Apply by email or fax

Follow these steps to apply by e-mail or fax instead:

  1. Download and complete the New Dealer Application form.

  2. For your first order, download our Order Form and place order your items. Your first order cannot be placed online, and must be received by phone, fax, or e-mail.

  3. Make a photocopy of your state-issued business license (SSM Forms), or whatever document your states issues to recognize a legitimate business.

  4. Send in your application, first order, and business document to the fax or e-mail address listed at the bottom of the application.
